Terms of Service - Walking

 

​Cotswold Hound Booking Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before you make a booking. By placing a booking you are deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted them.

Contract of Sale

Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with Cotswold Hound.

Payment

Payment for services will be at the end of the month via invoice. Payment must be made within 10 days of invoice date. Please contact us if you are experiencing problems paying. Cotswold Hound reserve the right to stop walking/boarding services if payment is not made. 

We accept payment by PayPal, online BACS, credit/debit card and payment details can be found on the invoice.

Cancellation/Postponements

If you wish to cancel a booking please give us at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be billed at 50% invoice.

​Should Cotswold Hound have to postpone a booking/s for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date or credit note for a future booking. All credit notes are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

​A booking can only be postponed on one occasion. Requests for subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
 
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are expressly consenting to Cotswold Hound commencing the provision of services under this contract

Any refunds will be made to you within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind. 
 

Keys and access

​2 sets of keys are usually held for regular walking clients, one with the walker and one with head office.  You will be asked for written consent to either hold or return these keys.  If the keys are not kept on file after the consultation visit, there may be a charge for them to be collected on a separate occasion.  Should services cease Cotswold Hound will return any keys within 14 days of being formally advised.  

 

Cotswold Hound remains the owner of all intellectual property in any materials, handouts and communications used as part of providing the service. No part of the materials may be copied, recorded or reproduced without our permission.
 

Limitation of Liability 

Cotswold Hound will accept no responsibility for any losses, either direct or indirect, which you suffer in connection with the services provided under this contract. 
 

Data Protection

Any personal information you give to us with be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. We will use the information to process your booking, to provide the courses and to inform you about similar courses which we provide, unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information. Any personal data you provide may be held on computer files.  All personal data will be handed appropriately in accordance with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulations. 

 
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be settled by the English courts.


Weather

In certain adverse weather conditions, Cotswold Hound reserve the right to move the time of walks or postpone bookings upon safety grounds.  We will give clients at least 24 hours notice of changes to booked walks.

 

Complaints/Feedback procedure

​Should you wish to make a complaint or provide feedback, please email to feedback@cotswoldhound.co.uk. This will be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
